Account Manager (Temporary + Permanent POSM , Branded Merchandise within Retail), Paris

Purpose of the Job

Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.

The areas of spend under management with this high profile retail client are Temporary + Permanent Point of Sale Materials (POSM) solutions and Branded Merchandise.

This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. The client is based in Colombes, and you need to be able to readily access that location

Key Responsibilities


Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the process
Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global's full-service offering
Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies


Knowledge, Skills + Experience


Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs
Experience in 2D Print, Temporary and Permanent POSM and Branded merchandise across the retail retail sector
Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
French and English language


Essential Criteria


Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs
Experience in 2D Print, Temporary and Permanent POSM and Branded merchandise across the retail retail sector
French and English language
Must be a commutable distance from the client site in Colombes and be able to access that location a couple of times a week
