Your responsibilities
As part of our expanding B2B activities, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of around 20 international key accounts across Europe, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction.
Identifying and qualifying business opportunities with strategic prospects, from initial outreach to conversion.
Developing Stellantis brands' sales with fleet managers and corporate buyers within your client portfolio.
Defining the commercial strategy to respond to customer and prospect tenders, including positioning, TCO, product/finance/service proposals.
Setting up and managing multi‐country commercial agreements, working closely with local subsidiaries and partners.
Building strong long‐term relationships and driving loyalty through structured follow-up, action plans, and regular business reviews.
Leading complex negotiations (pricing, services, SLAs, contract terms) through to signature.
Our requirements
Engineering or Economic Master Degree is preferable
Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in automotive industry)
Strong execution discipline and impeccable professionalism
Demonstrated commercial leadership and influence
Ability to manage complex, multi‐variable negotiations
Fluent English (written and spoken); another European language is a plus
Willingness to travel on business
