Our mission within the Supply, Sales and Customer Ops department is to shape Evaneos' growth by empowering our network of local agencies and maximizing their business potential.
We're now on the lookout for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to take charge of an exciting portfolio of local travel agencies. You'll play a pivotal role in achieving Evaneos' global success by driving revenue, boosting their performance, and ensuring they exceed our Better Trips standards to deliver the best possible experience to travelers.

Reporting to Mathilde, you'll join the AMEA team, a dynamic squad of 5 other Account Managers all focused on growing our business in American, Middle East, and African destinations.

Your role as Account Manager π
π― Strategic Portfolio Management
Design and execute growth-driven strategies tailored to your portfolio of partner agencies, ensuring performance aligns with ambitious sales targets.
Determine your portfolio size to optimize revenue generation, balancing expansion with a focus on high-potentialaccounts.
Cultivate strong, trust-based, and results-oriented relationships that drive engagement and mutual long-term success.
π Drive Business Excellence
Onboard new partners and empower them to thrive and drive high engagement.
Build tailored action plans and collaborate closely with local agencies, coaching them to achieve excellence in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainability standards.
Make data your ally: analyze metrics, identify insights and opportunities, and recommend improvements to optimize the sales funnel and achieve objectives.
Ensure optimal allocation of leads to agencies based on their business capacity, responsiveness, and performance.
Work hand-in-hand with our Sourcing Manager to craft winning destination strategies that align with business objectives.

What we're looking for β¨
You may be a great fit for this position if:
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in account management, ideally within the tourism or tech industries.
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and effectively prioritize tasks.
You're a natural relationship builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business-oriented, you're laser-focused and tenacious in achieving ambitious targets.
You are fluent in English and French to connect daily with our 15 internal nationalities and all local agencies. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.
