Mission and key priorities of the role

As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager based in France to drive the development of our premium brands, Fabriano and Magnani, across selected European markets. This role will be responsible for accelerating sales growth, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and expanding our presence in the school, fine arts, paper craft, and stationery segments.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include


Develop the sales of our school, fine arts and stationery products with key accounts and our existing customers: fine arts and/or creative hobbies specialists, department stores, office suppliers and school suppliers.
Act as the main point of contact for customers in the regions, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, distribution channels and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with HQ teams including Sales, Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
Travel regularly across assigned markets and periodically attend meetings at the headquarters in Italy.



The Attitudes And Skills We're Looking For


You have 7+ years of experience in a commercial role in B2C companies, with strong customer focus and Key accounts management
Preferably you have some knowledge in the world of Fine Arts, paper craft and/orschool supplies, stationery
You have excellent sales skills dealing with entrepreneurial customers.
You are enthusiastic, proactive and you are passionate about innovation.
You have excellent communication skills, and you know how to lead customer negotiation
You have good analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel; Power BI will be a plus.
You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written ;
