About The Role
Sporty Group is looking for a Communications & Growth Partnerships Lead to own customer communications and regional marketing partnerships. This role blends channel optimization, localization, and commercial partnerships to drive growth at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships across Africa & LATAM
Optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email performance (delivery, open, CTR, cost)
Align communications with marketing, product, and lifecycle campaigns
Work closely with Marketing, Prod and Ops for localization of messaging, creatives, and campaigns per market
Plan and track regional activations and partnerships - including but not limited to strategic billboards, payment partnership campaigns, affiliate marketing etc
Measure ROI and performance across owned and partner channels
Onboard new communication channel partners, and manage existing Bulk SMS, email, and communication partners for cost optimization
What You'll Bring
6+ years in growth, communications, or partnerships
Hands-on experience with messaging platforms and lifecycle marketing
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
Comfortable to travel for local activations and market studies in existing and emerging markets for sporty
Data-driven and execution-focused
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
