Zycus is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Director to drive new business growth across Germany and the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
This is a 100% New Logo Hunting role focused on acquiring strategic enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing complex enterprise opportunities while selling Zycus' AI-powered Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform to C-level executives.
We are seeking an accomplished enterprise sales professional with a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Technology, or Enterprise Procurement Software, who understands the procurement landscape and has an established network within the DACH enterprise market.
The ideal candidate is a consistent top performer with a proven history of exceeding quota, winning large enterprise deals, and earning recognition such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or similar sales excellence awards
Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Drive 100% new logo acquisition across Germany and the DACH region.
Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
Identify and engage CPOs, CIOs, CFOs, Procurement Leaders, and Digital Transformation executives within large enterprise organizations.
Sell Zycus' AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Build executive relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize pipeline generation and deal conversion.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Represent Zycus at customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and procurement conferences.
Required Experience & Skills
Native or business-fluent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level) is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with C-level executives and enterprise customers across Germany and the DACH region.
Professional working proficiency in English.
8+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably within Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Spend Management, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Procurement Software.
Proven track record in a 100% hunter/new business acquisition role, consistently exceeding sales quotas and winning new enterprise logos.
Strong experience selling complex SaaS or Cloud solutions to large enterprises and Fortune 1000 organizations.
Deep understanding of procurement transformation and enterprise buying processes.
Experience selling or competing against procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar enterprise procurement solutions is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with CPOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other executive decision-makers.
Candidate should be based in Germany or the DACH region, with authorization to work in Germany.
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and the DACH region.
Must have been recognized as a top performer through President's Club, Winner's Circle, Platinum Club, Achiever's Club, or similar sales excellence programs.
