The Role
As the Strategic Account Manager for Mobility Solutions (Off-Street Focus), you will join our dynamic commercial team to drive growth and expand our local footprint across the Belgian territory. This is a hybrid, field-based commercial role reporting into our regional leadership structure, with a primary focus on scaling our Access Controlled Parking (Off-Street) ecosystem (such as commercial garages and private operator parking), while simultaneously supporting on-street account management and public sector mobility initiatives. Based in Belgium with a focus on Brussels, you will act as a key entrepreneurial force, utilizing our global cluster playbook to design and execute your own regional sales strategy. You will partner with critical stakeholders, including private real estate operators and public authorities, to deliver the EasyPark app and related software products, playing a vital role in transforming urban mobility.
How to make an impact
Identify and win new business with parking operators, private parking owners, and real estate developers across Belgium
Build and manage strategic relationships with municipalities and public authorities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation and contract renewal
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize mobility through the EasyPark ecosystem and software solutions
Collaborate with international Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver local growth
Take responsibility for the Belgian market with the autonomy to build your own strategy and drive growth
About You
You are an entrepreneurial, driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in an independent, field-based environment. With a growth mindset, you excel at building deep relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level contacts in both the private and public sectors. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys managing complex environments and is excited by the opportunity to own a territory and implement tailored strategic solutions. Your strong communication skills across cultural boundaries make you an exceptional teammate in an international environment, and you are motivated by the chance to deliver tangible value to businesses, cities, and drivers alike.
Your background
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Experience within SaaS, Mobility, FinTech, PropTech, or a similar technology-driven industry
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic customer relationships
Fluent professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills with a willingness to travel regularly throughout Belgium
