What are you going to do?

"We are building long-term relationships where access management becomes part of a broader security strategy." - Lisanne Kemps, Security As Account Executive Belux, you are responsible for generating new customers and developing key accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will navigate complex commercial processes with organizations that have high security requirements, including critical infrastructure, multinationals, healthcare institutions, industrial organizations, and public organizations. You know how to create new opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and connect the Nedap Security portfolio to concrete customer challenges at the right moment.

With solutions such as AEOS, Mobile Access, and Pace, we help organizations manage access to people, buildings, and assets in a secure, scalable, and efficient way. As the demand for integrated and cloud-driven access management grows, you help organizations determine the right next steps.

Your responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg with large organizations and organizations in critical infrastructure.

Translate customer challenges into suitable solutions within the Nedap Security portfolio and actively identify cross-sell opportunities.

Strengthen Nedap's position with existing customers by driving account expansion and platform adoption.

Take ownership of the complete commercial trajectory, from discovery and stakeholder management to proposals and contract negotiations.

Work closely with partners, SDRs, solution consultants, and international colleagues to successfully develop commercial opportunities.

Actively represent Nedap in the Belgian security market by visiting potential customers, attending events, and expanding our network.

Your team

You will become part of our international Market Solutions Team within the Security business unit. This team consists of commercial professionals based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom who work together to develop large and strategic accounts.

You will collaborate daily with SDRs, Channel Development, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success colleagues. In addition, you will work closely with colleagues in our Vilvoorde office and with teams at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo.

Within Security, we continue to strengthen our position in Full Access Management. Our focus is on strategic account development, direct customer engagement, and long-term relationships with organizations where access management, compliance, and security are critical.

All terms of employment

Required Skills

You are commercially driven, comfortable operating in corporate environments, and energized by building long-term customer relationships. You know how to navigate complex organizations and engage stakeholders at different levels throughout a commercial process.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:


At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management, complex sales, or business development;
Experience with large accounts, preferably in critical infrastructure, multinationals, healthcare institutions, industrial companies, and public organizations;
Affinity with consultative selling and strategic stakeholder management;
Experience with cross-selling, strategic account development, or key account expansion;
You understand the dynamics between direct sales, partner channels, and complex decision-making;
Experience within security, access management, or a similar technical market is a strong plus;
You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English;
You are preferably based in Belgium.
