Our client is a specialist in customs compliance and international trade technology. Built on more than two decades of hands-on customs consultancy experience, the company developed its own SaaS platform roughly ten years ago to help large international companies simplify and secure their customs operations. Today, the platform is used by major groups in food, manufacturing, retail/trading, and excise across 8 European countries, automating processes that traditionally required manual work, specialized brokers, and days of turnaround time.

The company is now growing fast, expanding into new markets (with 12 countries targeted by 2027, including a move into the US), and building out its enterprise sales team to match that momentum, which is exactly why this role exists.




🔍 About the job




This role isn't just about maintaining what's already there, it's about taking the company's most valuable relationships and making them bigger, while also opening new enterprise doors where you see the opportunity. Reporting directly to the CCO, you'll own a portfolio of live, high-value accounts, and combine deep relationship management with a healthy dose of proactive prospecting into new enterprise targets.




Full ownership of one country (Belgium or the Netherlands), every vertical, every prospect, every account in that market is yours to develop
Build your own pipeline from scratch: cold outbound, webinars, roundtables, and trade fairs, backed by a dedicated SDR team
Close new business and manage your own accounts post-sale, roughly 50/50 hunting and farming, within your territory
Build and defend business cases for buying committees spanning customs/logistics, IT, and finance
You're the face of the company in your market




🎯 About the ideal candidate




4 to 7 years of experience managing large, complex accounts, ideally with some exposure to new business development
Comfortable blending a farmer and a hunter mindset, as skilled at deepening an existing relationship as at opening a new one
Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder cycles (12-18 months is normal here) and confident engaging C-level stakeholders directly
Strong analytical and numerical instincts, you build quantified growth cases, not just check-in calls
A builder's mindset: energized by defining process where none exists yet, not just following one
Fluent in English is required; Dutch is a strong plus
A track record managing high-value portfolios
Enjoy working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
