We are seeking a commercially minded, performance-driven Onboarding Account Manager to guide high-potential Dutch enterprises and scaling corporations. In this vital capacity, you will serve as the primary market advisor for our incoming partners in the Netherlands, orchestrating their initial online promotional strategies and paving the way for sustainable, long-term market success.

As the creator of the partner's foundational experience, you will bridge the gap between technical advertising platforms and clear, actionable business growth, ensuring clients are confidently guided from their very first day.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

Your day-to-day operations will center on the following core areas:


Campaign Direction: Construct, execute, and fine-tune high-performance Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing initiatives tailored to a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts in the Netherlands.
Systems Advisory: Function as an internal authority on our specialized advertising ecosystems, adapting specific technical features to fit the individual commercial objectives of each client.
Solution-Oriented Sales: Deeply analyze client operations to pitch custom marketing initiatives that maximize their financial Return on Investment ($ROI$).
Account Optimization: Identify untapped growth paths within your portfolio, assist clients with smart budget distribution, and extract maximum commercial value from their advertising spend.
CRM Administration: Maintain highly accurate, real-time documentation within our internal database to guarantee seamless collaboration across company departments.



Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional who couples strong data-driven thinking with the polished communication skills necessary to establish deep, trusting partnerships with corporate decision-makers in the Dutch market.

Language Mastery


Dutch: Native or C2-level verbal and written proficiency is strictly mandatory for executive-level business interactions.
English: B2 upper-intermediate level minimum for internal corporate training, system utilization, and team collaboration.

Data Literacy: Skilled at interpreting performance metrics, tracking trends, and leveraging platform analytics to build high-impact digital roadmaps for your partners.
