THE ROLE
Manage and develop a portfolio of mid-sized and large corporate clients, including key accounts.
Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and broker partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
Lead renewal negotiations to maximize retention, portfolio value and profitability
Identify and convert cross-sell, upsell and new business opportunities within the existing portfolio
Optimize policy structures and pricing in line with client needs, risk appetite and commercial objectives
Proactively engage with clients and brokers through regular meetings, portfolio reviews and strategic discussions
Collaborate closely with Risk, Operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and an outstanding client experience
Address and coordinate complex client or broker issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
Monitor portfolio performance and take appropriate actions to maintain a profitable, high-quality and sustainable portfolio
Contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives while supporting long-term client satisfaction and retention
MAIN TASKS
Achieve objectives for portfolio growth and quality
Develop relationships with clients and brokers
Negotiate policy conditions upon renewal with direct clients, clients via specialized and non-specialized brokers
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Provide proactive service, such as client visits, welcome contacts with new clients, etc.
Inventory client limit needs and coordinate with the Risk Department
Seek solutions when problems arise
Coordinate escalations
Take personal responsibility for implementing quality standards throughout the Group
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers in line with the company's commercial strategy
Serve client segments based on the Operational Manual
Work closely with other core functionsApply commercial underwriting guidelines and portfolio management standards to ensure profitability and quality of the client portfolio.

Language Skills
Fluent Dutch and professional English are required. Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
Salary
Due to the European Pay Transparency Directive, the salary range for the offered position is set between €69,000 gross and € 103,000 gross.
The exact determination of the starting salary will depend on the evaluation of the candidate's profile in relation to the required qualifications.
