Au sein de la Direction des Relations Clients Affacturage (DRCA), le Départements Front Grands Comptes accompagne les plus grands clients nationaux et internationaux au travers de contrats d'affacturage en France comme à l'international.
Dans Ce Cadre, Vous Rejoignez L'équipe De La Plateforme Pan Européenne Dédiée Aux Clients Internationaux Et Aurez En Charge Un Portefeuille Clients. Vos Principales Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Accompagner les clients dans le démarrage opérationnel des contrats
Procéder à l'achat des remises de créances manuelles
Assurer le suivi et une qualité de service optimale
Faire l'interface entre le client, le réseau commercial et les entités internationales
Veiller à la fluidité des échanges intra DRCA
Accompagner les Account Managers
Suivre et veiller à l'amélioration des indicateurs de gestion
Alerter en cas de dysfonctionnement
En outre, vous participez à des projets transverses et accompagnez la transformation du métier en :
Contribuant aux projets de CALEF
Faisant preuve d'initiative et favorise le partage des bonnes pratiques
