With an international presence covering road, sea and air transport, Upply has established itself as a strategic partner for Supply Chain decision-makers.

The Missions:

  • Highlight Upply's value proposition for arranging meetings and demos with Account Executives

  • Identify potential customers and gather relevant information about them

  • Qualify and understand the prospect's needs in order to accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Involve key decision-makers in choosing the Upply solution

  • Ensuring the right level of information and documentation on the market, prospects, and opportunities

  • Coordinate with Upply's Sales and Marketing teams to optimize the lead acquisition strategy

  • Training in qualification, prospecting and sales techniques

  • Represent Upply at the numerous events organized by Marketing

Preferred experience

  • You have initial experience in sales, customer support, or another role involving frequent customer contact. Experience working for a B2B SaaS company is even better. In any case, you're highly motivated to develop your sales skills!

  • You have a good level of written and verbal communication, you speak French and English perfectly. You listen actively, you are empathetic, precise and direct.

  • Well organized and autonomous, you can easily perform multiple tasks and prioritize your work effectively.

  • You like to argue and convince, and you're not afraid to pick up the phone.

  • You like being incentivized and the challenge of uncapped variable compensation motivates you.

  • Knowledge of a CRM, particularly Hubspot, is an asset.

Recruitment process

- An initial 30-minute exchange with our Head of Sales to fully understand your professional project and present what we are building at Upply.

- A 1.5-hour interview in our offices: 45 minutes with the Head of Sales (possible technical test), 45 minutes with an Account Executive + a Business Development Representative .

- A discussion with our Human Resources Manager .
