Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to provide exceptional service to our customers by answering questions and finding solutions to problems related to our products and services.

You will have a daily impact by supporting our diverse and varied clients and partners in the restaurant industry.

As part of the support team, you will directly contribute to the growth of RusHour:

· You provide exceptional assistance and support to our partner restaurants, from the onboarding of new customers to their familiarization with our tools.

You handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every customer.

· You participate in the documentation of our internal processes in order to streamline the onboarding process for our clients.

· You participate in the sale of products or services that could better meet customer needs.

Required skills

You have excellent organizational skills , enjoy understanding your clients' data, and respect internal processes.

You know how to adapt quickly to your environment and are proactive .

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills .

· You are looking for a training opportunity and are highly motivated to exceed your goals without fear of failure.
