Graneet is a SaaS that aims to help SMBs in the building and civil engineering sector protect their profitability by enabling them to drive their business by margin, in real time. 📈

With more than €10million fundraised , Graneet is giving itself the means to meet their ambitions for 2024: triple their revenue in order to strengthen their presence on the French market and soon become the global platform for SMBs in the construction industry . 🏗️

🤝 The team 🤝

The Sales department consists of 6 people who work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to train new clients. The team is looking to expand by recruiting a new account executive.

🎯Your missions🎯

  • You nurture your pipeline of business opportunities through inbound marketing but also through direct prospecting.

  • You conduct demonstrations of the platform to construction company executives, site managers or financial managers, presenting them with the power of our tool in protecting their profitability.

  • Following the tool demonstrations, you negotiate and contract the commercial opportunities.

  • You provide weekly feedback to the product teams regarding missing or needing adjustments to our application's features.

💎Desired Profile💎

  • You have a native level of French, both spoken and written.

  • You enjoy persuading and you already have experience in BtoB sales from prospecting to closing.

  • You are used to doing customer demonstrations.

  • You have excellent communication skills and you know how to adapt to your audience - you will have to convince CEOs, CFOs or even Administrative Assistants.

  • You are structured and rigorous: you know how to juggle the different stages of the sales cycle while maintaining a clean and impeccable CRM.

  • You're curious and not afraid to explore the construction industry in a tech environment. Previous experience in this sector is a plus 😉

  • You have a real team spirit and you see sales as a collective effort.

  • Each job has a salary scale based on job level. These scales are reviewed annually through market benchmarking.FiguresThanks to this tool, we ensure we pay more than 60% of companies on the market!

  • We guarantee that you will be placed in the appropriate job and skill level.

  • For this position, the fixed salary depends on the level at which you are recruited: from €42k/€44k to €50k/€55k.

  • You also have an uncapped commission plan representing €2000 to €3000 per month if you achieve your target.

  • Your annual performance review and your positioning within the salary range directly impact your annual salary increase.
