YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Analyze technical specifications and understand clients' business challenges
  • Identify needs and manage the sales cycle from start to finish, from qualification to contract signing.
  • Conduct demonstrations of CARL Berger-Levrault solutions, in conjunction with the pre-sales team for the most complex demonstrations.
  • Draft customized business proposals based on customer contracts and references
  • Conducting commercial negotiations until sales are finalized
  • Managing complex deals and securing commitments up to the signing stage
  • Develop business volume and identify additional sales opportunities within the client portfolio
  • Organize and plan your business activity by structuring your chart of accounts
  • Monitor and update activity indicators and ensure reporting in the Salesforce CRM
  • Define and deploy a development plan for strategic accounts
  • Evaluate and manage sales forecasts across the entire customer portfolio

 

IS THIS OFFER RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • You have a successful BtoB sales experience of at least 5 years, ideally acquired in selling high value-added software solutions to industrial companies.
  • You have mastered the fundamentals and the different stages of complex sales, from identifying the need to concluding the contract.
  • You have the ability to understand the strategic and technical challenges of your clients in order to support them and secure their decisions.
  • You are comfortable interacting with high-level stakeholders (CEOs, CIOs, Industrial Directors, Purchasing Managers) as well as with multidisciplinary internal teams (services, support, R&D…).
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of CMMS and SaaS environments, which is a real asset for this position.
  • You are results-oriented, demonstrate commercial boldness, and know how to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a well-developed sense of active listening and negotiation.
  • You have a good level of English, allowing you to thrive in an international professional environment.
  • You hold a driving licence and are available for regular travel as part of your duties.
