Introduction

I am Romain Franck, Executive Consultant at Fed Legal, specializing in the recruitment of legal, tax, and compliance professionals. I am seeking, for one of my clients, a rapidly growing Legal Tech company and key player in the digital transformation of businesses, a Project Management Consultant/Customer Success Manager with initial experience in consulting/project management/customer service within a successful tech environment.

Assignment

Your mission will be to be at the heart of the customer relationship. You will be in direct contact with the Product, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams, using the latest techniques and tools to best support clients.

Key responsibilities:

Sales
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify needs and demonstrate the power of our solution
- Deliver impactful demonstrations of the platform and expertly answer functional questions
- Prepare prospect demonstration environments jointly with Sales
- Provide expert feedback on the technical and functional feasibility of projects

Onboarding & Implementation
- Be responsible for the onboarding of new clients to the platform
- Provide training to clients' legal and operational teams
- Automate client contract templates when necessary
- Coordinate the various stakeholders (Legal Department, IT Department, operational teams) for full buy-in
- Support clients in the functional and technical configuration of the platform
- Manage the project schedule rigorously and proactively, ensuring the success of each deployment.

Customer Follow-up
- Proactively follow up to maximize platform adoption and ensure optimal satisfaction
- Analyze platform performance and consider ROI to optimize its impact on customers
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement
- Work closely with the Product team to propose enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience

Your profile

A graduate with a law degree and/or a business school degree, ideally with experience in a similar role and/or in a startup/legaltech environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to the values ​​of excellence, continuous improvement, and empathy
- Fluency in written and spoken English - minimum C1 level
