At Alma, we're building the payment solution that helps retailers and e-commerce brands grow. As an Account Executive Small Market, you'll be at the heart of this mission: owning the full sales cycle and directly driving our growth in the SMB segment.
 

Your missions

New Business Development
  • Identify, target and win new SMB accounts (€2M–€10M turnover) in the French e-commerce and retail sectors
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and contract signature
  • Engage primarily with C-Level executives and key decision-makers
Market Presence
  • Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe
Internal Contribution
  • Actively contribute to optimizing sales processes to support Alma's scalability

What we're looking for

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, business development or a related field
  • Ideally within a fast-growing Tech or SaaS company
  • Proven track record of winning new SMB accounts and consistently hitting revenue targets
Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory, as you'll work with both local and international clients)
