The Language Circle is now accelerating its B2B activities significantly.

We support HR directors, training managers and sales directors on very concrete issues:

👉 to develop their teams' language skills, primarily in English, with a measurable operational impact.

We are recruiting a B2B Salesperson to strengthen an already structured team and ramp up on high-value sales cycles.

The Team

  • Working directly with the co-founders (François & Ruben) and the Head of B2B Sales

  • 12 B2B Salespeople today, with demanding, results-oriented profiles

  • Structured environment, tools in place (HubSpot, Aircall, Topo)

Here, you join a growing team, with room to take on responsibilities.

The Missions

You are involved in the entire B2B sales cycle.

  • Qualifying and converting inbound and outbound leads (HR, HRD, training managers, sales management)

  • Conducting structured sales cycles (R0 / R1 / R2), sometimes involving multiple stakeholders

  • Understanding clients' business challenges (gaining competitiveness, expanding business activity, employer branding, etc.)

  • Develop tailored proposals (offer, format, financing)

  • Ensure the closing and follow-up of opportunities in HubSpot

  • Manage your KPIs (conversion rate, sales cycle, signed revenue)

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sales processes (scripts, pitches, sequences)

You don't do "one-shots". You build solid relationships and deals.

Desired profile

We are looking for a top candidate:

Essential

  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience in B2B sales (ideally training or services)

  • Comfortable interacting with HR professionals, HR directors, and C-level executives

  • Ability to understand complex issues and sell by value

  • A taste for objectives and quantifiable performance

  • Professional English (minimum B2 level)

  • Comfortable speaking in public, well-structured, and able to deliver a clear and credible presentation.
