Your mission , should you choose to accept it, will be to join the Electronic Archiving Operations Department to develop the use of our electronic archiving solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Customer loyalty and satisfaction are achieved by anticipating their needs, responding to their requests, and ensuring the prompt resolution of any inquiries.
- Supporting clients in using and mastering the functionalities of our application solutions
- Implementing structured reporting to monitor activity: developing action plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting results to stakeholders
- Facilitating monitoring committees related to the services defined in client contracts
- Monitoring of actions sold to clients in coordination with internal teams (application support, project managers, IT department, sales, etc.)
- Expanding services by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Communicating business and functional needs to the product teams contributes to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Collaboration with the support and data teams to structure and optimize the monitoring and RUN activity
Profile
Your Talents That Will Make the Difference:Your Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Document Management will be essential for the successful completion of your mission, and you will be able to draw on your minimum 3 years of experience in software support and/or project management.
