The
Growth Mid-Market team is part of the Sales department, which comprises around one hundred employees. You will be part of a team of 28 people, with an average age of 27.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 240 mid-market accounts (company size: 1 to 250 employees).
As an Account Manager, you will be involved in various stages of the customer development cycle, including:
- Identifying new business needs and opportunities,
- Selling new solutions,
- Extending existing solutions to new employees, teams, or entities within the group.
To be successful throughout the sales cycle, you will need to build and maintain a relationship of trust with your clients. At times, you will also be required to manage customer retention initiatives.
This role is part of
your portfolio. 1) Portfolio Management and Development (40%):
You will need to be proactive in selling new solutions to your client portfolio, particularly through prospecting.
You will have access to tools for communicating with your clients (email campaigns, marketing tools, etc.).
2) Sales (30%):
You will manage leads generated by your own efforts as well as those from various cross-selling channels (in-app, consulting, etc.).
Your mission is to identify client needs and convert their interest in our solutions into closing deals.
To achieve this, you will learn to demonstrate our solutions (primarily online, via screen sharing).
You will interact directly with C-level executives and become a negotiation expert in a competitive sector.
You will develop expertise in administrative and HR management, as well as in sales and negotiation techniques, and you will quickly gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions.
3) Customer Retention (20%):
To generate leads and sell new solutions, you will cultivate a relationship of trust with your clients.
