Within our Outbound team, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and qualifying opportunities with potential clients. As a true ambassador for the company, you will be the first point of contact for our future clients.

This is where you will gain valuable insights:
- You will engage prospects across multiple channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) in collaboration with Business Developers, personalizing your approach for each contact and exploring new methods to generate qualified leads.
- You will dedicate the majority of your time to telephone prospecting, orchestrating your follow-ups and adapting your pitch to maximize conversion rates. You fully leverage automation tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize your campaigns and reduce low-value tasks.
You implement A/B testing to analyze campaign results, learn from them, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Desired profile

โ You have a degree from a business school or equivalent university program
. โ You have a proven track record in B2B sales prospecting, ideally with SaaS software companies.
โ You are comfortable answering the phone several times a day.
โ At ease in a fast-paced environment, you combine analytical thinking, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Recruitment by Lucca:
Step 1: Telephone interview with the person in charge of this recruitment (30 min) Step 2: Interview with the Manager and the Head of Outbound France (60 min)
Step 3: Short Interview: assessment of your skills and meeting with part of your future team (45 min)
Step 4: Final Interview: presentation of a topic of your choice to a panel of Luccasians (45 min)
