YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

🤝 Customer Relationship Management: 
- Ensure daily follow-up of a client portfolio
- Ensure retention and boost annual recurring revenue by building customer loyalty (contract renewals)
- Respond to customer requests and needs (preparing quotes)
- Guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty

 


💼 Business Development:
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in prospecting for new clients who have benefited from a free trial
- Contribute to achieving sales targets

 

🧩 Project monitoring:
- Liaising between clients and internal teams (business, marketing, technical, etc.) to propose product improvement opportunities
- Contributing to the improvement of the commercial offering 

 

📊 Analysis and reporting:
- Monitor account performance (KPIs, revenue, usage, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports
- Update the CRM
