As we build DeepIP, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us.
As a Business Development Representative (Europe), you will be the engine of our European expansion. Your mission? Identify new potential customers across the continent, initiate first contacts, and generate qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
You will work closely with Marketing and Sales in a dynamic, supportive and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and reach out to inbound leads generated by marketing
Prospect target accounts outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Identify the right contacts (C-level, technical & data teams)
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
Keep our CRM meticulously up to date
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation campaigns
Actively contribute to optimizing the SDR playbook
Qualifications:
First experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS (internship/apprenticeship accepted)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Native or C1/C2 proficiency is a must. German? That’s a massive plus)
Passion for tech, AI, and sales
Comfortable with prospecting via multiple channels (email, phone, social selling)
Curious, rigorous and results-oriented
Quick learner, ready to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
Team player with a growth mindset
