COMPANY PRESENTATION
Founded in 2013 by Pierre Dubuc and Mathieu Nebra, OpenClassrooms is a mission-driven company whose ambition is to make education and in-demand professions accessible to everyone.
OpenClassrooms is a 100% online school offering numerous free and open-access courses, as well as degree programs for in-demand professions (tech, data, education, marketing, HR, energy renovation, healthcare, and social services). OpenClassrooms creates and produces all of its educational content and relies on a unique, hands-on model focused on professional projects and mentorship from industry experts.
From the beginning, OpenClassrooms' mission has been structured around impact: by integrating it into the statutes in 2018 and then by obtaining B corp certification in 2021 (which rewards companies combining profits and social impact).
In 2024, 43,000 learners reported that OpenClassrooms had helped them advance in their careers - a step towards our goal: to make skills development a sustainable lever for employment.
In 2025, OpenClassrooms will become the first French school accredited as an American university. A decisive step towards deploying our mission on a large scale: training the talent that businesses need.
OpenClassrooms . Education that works.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will be joining the Sales Employer (B2B) team, comprised of around 10 sales representatives and led by Tristan, Sales Manager.
The team's mission is to identify and support employers in finding the best apprenticeship candidates for them.
You will work closely with the Sales Candidate (B2C) team: they will track, prepare, and motivate candidates, while you will support employers until they find their apprentice. Together, you will facilitate effective recruitment processes that generate bookings and directly contribute to revenue.
The pace is fast: prospecting, client meetings, recruitment follow-up… Your objectives are clear and your results are immediately visible.
In a constantly evolving environment, you participate in the optimization of processes and the continuous improvement of business practices, while developing your expertise and impact.
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF
You have a proven track record in short-cycle, transactional sales : you know how to close deals quickly and manage a large volume of transactions.
You have a true business acumen and sales drive : achieving your goals and exceeding your quotas motivates you. You are competitive, persistent, and always ready to adjust your approach to maximize your results.
You are numbers and results oriented : you manage your business through indicators and adapt your actions to optimize your performance.
You have a solid mastery of sales techniques : prospecting, needs qualification, argumentation, objection handling and closing hold no secrets for you.
You know how to convince and sell : you excel in the art of the sales pitch and know how to capture the attention of a decision-maker to quickly demonstrate the value of your solution.
You are comfortable with B2B prospecting : cold calling, emailing, appointment setting… You open doors and convert leads into clients. You are not afraid to call and know how to capture interest from the very first seconds.
You are proficient in video and telephone communication : whether prospecting, pitching or supporting your clients, you know how to adapt your speech according to the context and your interlocutor.
You have good listening and adaptability skills : understanding the needs of your prospects and adjusting your pitch to convince them is part of your sales DNA.
You are rigorous and structured : you closely monitor your pipeline and performance. You know how to manage your time and priorities effectively.
You are comfortable with CRM and sales tracking tools , ideally Salesforce , as well as with the use of digital tools and platforms.
You are curious and ready to develop your skills : knowledge of the training or apprenticeship recruitment sector is a plus, but if you are ready to learn, we will support you!
You enjoy working in a construction environment : you know how to adapt to changes and contribute to the improvement of business processes and practices.
At OpenClassrooms, we prioritize learning potential over a perfect match with all job requirements. A willingness to learn, commitment, and potential for growth are values we particularly appreciate. If you are motivated and confident in your ability to thrive in this role, we strongly encourage you to apply.
