As a Business Developer, you act as a true intrapreneur. You are responsible for creating and developing your sales territory, by activating the services of the LittleBig Connection marketplace with your clients and suppliers.
Your role: to connect the best experts in our community with your clients' needs, while driving revenue growth, customer relationship management, and end-to-end operational execution.
⚙️ Main responsibilities
You are responsible for the revenue growth of your area, by developing a portfolio of clients (existing or prospects) and partners on assignments via the following three axes.
🤝 Customer relations & business development
- Identify accounts with potential, prospects or existing clients.
- Identify tenders, build proposals, negotiate and close opportunities.
- Ensure regular follow-up to strengthen customer loyalty and LittleBig's position as a strategic partner.
🔗 Management of the network of service providers
- Develop and retain a community of freelancers and consulting firms.
- Ensuring the right match between customer needs and platform experts.
- Managing negotiations and formalizing commercial terms.
📊 Performance & Operations Management
- Monitoring the smooth progress of ongoing projects with clients and service providers.
- Track your key indicators: revenue, margin, project volume, closing rate.
- Collaborating with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure the proper execution of projects and administrative compliance.
👤 Desired profile
- You have completed a demanding higher education program in a business school, engineering school or university , with a Bac+5 level diploma in France or equivalent in an international context (Bachelor with specialization or double degree).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, consulting or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic and ability to manage an activity methodically.
- Entrepreneurial spirit : you enjoy developing a business with autonomy and responsibility.
- Comfortable in complex sales cycles, with various stakeholders (C-level, purchasing, IT).
- Good command of digital tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM, automation).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
