We are looking for a French-speaking LCA Customer Success Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment.

We help businesses create value by using science-based and robust metrics to quantify and improve environmental performance.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the EU time zones.

What you will do:

  • Deliver customer trainings and onboardings on building and infrastructure Life Cycle Assessments to make them successful in their use of our software

  • Support customers in achieving compliance with local construction and infrastructure LCA standards, LEED, BREEAM, and similar frameworks

  • Helping our customers via email and remote meetings with their queries related to the software, technical queries about construction LCAs, along with calculation methods and license administration

  • Own the Customer Success role for our building and infrastructure clients in the region by establishing a trusting relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside and out to be able to help customers

  • Writing and contributing to guidance articles which are published on our Customer Help Centre page

  • Identifying platform improvements and raising them to Product Management

What you need:

  • Ability and motivation to become an expert in the construction sector LCA software

  • Experience in technical support, product training and process documentation is an advantage

  • Analytical thinking with customer-first mindset

  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly

  • Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team

  • Proficiency in English, as it is our working language, and French, due to the market you will cover. Additional languages are seen as an advantage
