Account Manager - Aerospace & Defense (Remote)

What You Will Do

  • Develop and grow the Aerospace & Defense market for France, where we are continuing to identify opportunities and invest.
  • Maintain and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer applications, discuss needs, and offer solutions to customers utilizing the entire Molex portfolio of products.
  • Preparation of business plans that ensure profitable growth consistent with corporate objectives.
  • Focus on building long-term relationships, driving direct and frequent customer interaction.
  • Build a Salesforce pipeline within those customers reflecting demand creating activities to meet upon agreed growth ambitions.
  • Provide market insights to further develop regional sales strategy.
  • Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.

 

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least several years’ experience in electronics or aerospace & defense industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build new relationships and increase network.
  • Proactive entrepreneur mindset.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.

 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce.
  • An Aerospace & Defense track record in account management and business development.
