  • A team of 31 today and will grow to 45 by the end of 2026.

The Role

You'll be the first Junior Account Executive for the Italian market.

  • Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.

  • Own the full Italian cycle — outreach to close, inbound and outbound.

  • Make the GTM playbook yours — execute it, sharpen it, own it.

  • Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.

  • Sell to industrial SMEs and Mid-Market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.

  • Build the Italian ecosystem — events, partnerships, associations.

  • High ownership. High impact. High growth.

✨This is a closing role. You'll own opportunities from discovery to signature. This is not an Account Management or Customer Success position. Previous sales experience is required to perform! ✨

You

  • Native Italian, professional English.

  • +1-2 years as an Account Executive (+5 years in Sales), SaaS, B2B, value selling.

  • Driven and ambitious!

  • High-velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.

  • Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early-stage startup.

  • ❌ Account Manager, over-experienced (+8 years)
