Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth by acquiring and expanding large enterprise customers across its collaborative design and product development platform. The role involves owning the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and executive engagement to solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and closing complex, high-value deals. You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver long-term customer value and exceed revenue targets.
