About the Role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the development and growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts.

This role focuses on consultative selling across the Salesforce platform, helping enterprise customers achieve digital transformation through value-driven business solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify challenges, design solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor & Strategic Selling

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customers' business challenges and strategic objectives.

  • Co-create tailored solutions that align Salesforce capabilities with customer goals.

  • Drive consultative, value-based sales conversations at executive levels.

Business Development & Account Growth

  • Promote and sell the full Salesforce ecosystem and platform capabilities.

  • Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

  • Develop account strategies that support long-term customer success and revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including:

    • Solution Engineers

    • Professional Services

    • Partners and Alliances

    • Customer Success teams

  • Manage complex sales engagements and orchestrate resources to achieve successful outcomes.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.

  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and levels of the organization.


Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Significant experience in consultative software sales (SaaS) or complex technology solutions.

  • Proven success managing long and sophisticated enterprise sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives in multi-stakeholder environments.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement capabilities.

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as:

    • MEDDIC

    • Challenger Sale

    • Other enterprise sales frameworks

  • Ability to develop compelling business cases with clear ROI and strategic value.

  • Experience building and managing strong partner alliances.

  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven track record managing complex strategic enterprise accounts.
