Position Overview

Account Executive – SMB France Market

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through outbound sales activities, helping small and medium-sized businesses leverage HubSpot's platform to achieve their growth objectives.

This is a full-cycle closing role operating in an inside sales environment. You will conduct virtual product demonstrations, manage your sales pipeline, and close new business opportunities while working remotely or through HubSpot's flexible office model in France.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting strategies.

  • Understand customer challenges and business objectives.

  • Position HubSpot solutions as strategic growth enablers.

Consultative Sales

  • Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations.

  • Deliver compelling value-based sales conversations.

  • Recommend tailored marketing, sales, and customer service solutions.

Pipeline & Revenue Management

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

  • Effectively manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.

Relationship Building

  • Develop strong relationships with qualified prospects and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer acquisition and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HubSpot's:

    • Marketing teams

    • Product teams

    • Technology teams

    • Customer-facing departments

  • Provide feedback that helps shape future sales strategies, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.


Required Qualifications

Sales Experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets.

  • Strong experience in outbound sales and prospecting.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a full sales cycle.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in French.

  • Fluent in English.

Compensation

Annual Cash Compensation Range

€82,764 – €96,816 EUR

Compensation may include:

  • Base salary

  • On-target commission earnings

  • Annual bonus opportunities (where applicable)

In addition, eligible employees may participate in:

  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

  • Equity programs

  • Additional incentive plans
