We are seeking an Account Executive to drive Salesforce's growth across:
Municipalities
Departmental Councils
Regional Councils
Local Public Institutions
The successful candidate will build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers throughout France's local public sector.
Manage full sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through contract signature.
Demonstrate the value of the Salesforce platform to local public sector organizations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing customer relationships.
Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
Forecast and manage sales activities effectively.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and partner teams to ensure customer success.
Coordinate resources to support successful solution delivery and adoption.
Proven experience selling complex solutions, preferably SaaS software.
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
Strong ability to identify, qualify, and manage high-value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and decision-makers.
Fluency in French and English.
Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic challenges faced by French Local Government organizations.
Experience using structured sales methodologies such as:
MEDDIC
Challenger Sale
Similar enterprise sales frameworks
Experience developing business cases and building strategic partner alliances.
