We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in Paris, France.
In this role, you will contribute directly to our commercial growth by prospecting companies, meeting clients, presenting our solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with medium-sized and large enterprises.
You will develop a deep understanding of SME and mid-market customer needs, build strong business relationships, and confidently demonstrate the features and benefits of our B2B offering.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with sales experience in fast-growing environments who want to play a key role in expanding Bolt for Business and supporting our ambitious growth plans.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, prospecting, cold calling, negotiations, and deal closing.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong top-of-funnel activity and high conversion rates.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic prospecting initiatives.
Build strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers.
Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of newly signed contracts.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize sales activities.
Benefit from an uncapped commission structure.
Regularly share business progress, achievements, and market insights with leadership teams.
Provide customer and market feedback to the Product team.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Bolt’s business solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong track record selling services to SMEs and mid-market companies.
Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing mid-market deals.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets and generate revenue growth.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to leverage data and insights to improve sales performance.
High level of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
