Lead Account Executive (French Speaking) | Freshworks
Freshworks is seeking a Lead Account Executive to drive new business growth across French-speaking markets by selling its customer experience (CX), CRM, and IT service management (ITSM) SaaS solutions. The role owns the full enterprise sales cycle—from territory planning and prospecting to solution demonstrations, executive engagement, contract negotiations, and closing strategic deals. You will build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams, and consistently exceed revenue targets while expanding Freshworks' presence in the region. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of winning enterprise or mid-market accounts, and strong consultative selling, negotiation, and forecasting skills. Experience selling CRM, ITSM, CX, or other enterprise software solutions, along with fluency in French and English, is highly valued.
