We lead, develop, and structure our distribution network. This strategic role sits at the heart of our commercial growth and plays a key part in aligning France’s strategy, cluster priorities, and the Group’s global direction.
YOUR TASKS:
You define, drive, and execute the annual indirect sales and distribution strategy in alignment with the France commercial plan.
You translate strategy into concrete field actions to achieve growth and market share targets.
You manage, develop, and expand the existing distributor network.
You identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to accelerate business growth.
You conduct regular business reviews, define action plans, and monitor distributor performance.
You actively drive sales performance with both existing and new distributors.
You lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and key agreements.
You analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Customer Support, and ensuring alignment between France, Clusters, and Group HQ.
YOUR PROFILE:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
You bring proven experience in technical B2B sales within an industrial environment and in managing distributor or partner networks.
You have a strong understanding of industrial B2B distribution channels, the industrial automation market, and e-commerce.
You are confident using CRM systems and digital tools.
You communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken.
You are a skilled negotiator with a strong commercial mindset.
You combine an analytical and structured way of working with excellent interpersonal skills.
You are customer- and results-oriented, lead through influence, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating across functions.
