-Job description:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and other vernacular languages
  • Help our trainers and coaches boost their sales by scoring qualified leads generated via social media ads by the digital marketing team
  • Meet and exceed sales targets (goals) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Find new training and coaching leads for our company Way to Quantum – should be responsible for calling potential clients 
  • Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts of all sizes
  • Once the client joins WTQ collaborate with them to understand their requirements precisely
  • Follow up with WTQ clients and clients’ clients (if they choose to hire our sales team)
  • Fixing meetings for the sales team and follow-up
  • After-sales service to clients and regular communication with them
  • Keep a log of account wise actions are taken every day – Promptly respond to customer queries and complaints 
  • Make sure the clients are always heard – make phone calls immediately to check and close the ticket to quickly resolve complaints 
  • Online reputation management – make sure WTQ’s online reputation is kept intact across multiple review platforms. For example, Trustpilot
  • Work closely with other departments like – Content management, Graphical Design, Digital Marketing, Video Editing & Web designing
  • Attend  regular team meetings and report to the team manager

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory) with excellent knowledge of English
  • Various forms of online education, certificates, and experience will be considered

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales executive working within a team

  • Must be a listener and a problem solver 
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with trainers and coaches
  • Problem-solving with a service mentality

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Zoom
